We assess the substrate, existing damage and the intended finish before agreeing on the work. Insulation, fixings, reinforcement and finishing materials must work together as a system.
Facade renovation and repairs
We assess cracks, loose finishes and damaged areas, then agree on the necessary substrate repairs before applying a new finish.
Rendering and painting
Reinforced base coats, primer and the final render or paint provide a consistent appearance. Junctions, edges and openings need the same care as the main wall surface.
Panel cladding
We also install panel facades. The support structure, fixings and ventilation details are selected according to the cladding system and building requirements.
