Who processes your information?

Information you provide
The form asks for your name, email address, building type and work required. You may also provide a phone number, approximate facade area, property location, project description and photographs. Include only information needed to assess your enquiry. Avoid showing people or unrelated personal information in photographs.
How we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, clarify the scope of work, arrange a property assessment and prepare a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to an order or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Legal basis
We process quote enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract. When communicating with an organisation’s representative, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling that organisation’s enquiry. Statutory obligations are handled on the basis of the relevant legal obligation. Optional advertising cookies require your consent.
Access and retention
Information is processed in our web hosting and email systems. Zone provides web hosting, and Brevo is used to deliver form emails. People handling your enquiry and technical service providers can access information to the extent needed to provide the service.
We retain enquiry information for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation. If a contract is concluded, separate legal retention obligations may apply.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may request data portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact us using the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies support website operation, security and remembering your cookie choices. Complianz stores your cookie choice for up to 365 days. Signing in to the administration area may use additional technical cookies.
Choose “Necessary only” to reject advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice using the “Cookie settings” button on the website. Accepting advertising cookies is not required to request a quote.
Advertising measurement
On the public website, Google Ads quote measurement can record a successfully submitted enquiry only after you accept advertising cookies. It does not send your form name, email address, phone number, message or photographs to Google. Rejecting or withdrawing advertising consent prevents further measurement events. Google Analytics, Meta tracking and personalised advertising are not enabled by this measurement solution.
On the staging website, all Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta tracking remains disabled, including after advertising consent.
